Our model is designed for a small, core group of clients who we guide, advise, protect, elevate and fight for.

At a base level, our responsibility is the day-to-day work of career building: vetting opportunities, opening doors with like-minded partners, negotiating contracts and creating a calm, organized approach to the logistical matters that come with success - travel arrangements, competition planning, invoicing, contract renewals and more.

But what sets us apart is the way we focus on each client for who they truly are and recognizing their unique potential - sometimes before the client even sees that potential in themselves. And in doing so, we follow a personalized model for how athletes and artists build their careers, by charting an individualized path to success, rooted in the client’s identity and values, not customary business models or traditional thinking.

Our background in Olympic track & field informs our perspective that talent is not just a way to build a career, but a way to open doors for meaningful opportunities. This approach offers a balanced and more sustainable career path than the peaks and valleys of a strictly performance-based career.
